Service and rooms are very good. Manager Raju is given very good service. Breakfast is very good and having variety and of good quality. Staff also good and co operative. Location of hotel is also in main market place.

The stay was all okay. Also breakfast option was sumptuous. This was near the MG road and the option nearby for commute and food was plenty. Overall had a good experience and will recommend to budget traveller's.

Overall satisfied. We stayed for one night. The Manager arranged for dinner at 10 30 pm when we reached inspite of the kitchen being closed at 9 30 pm. Room service is little slow. Slightly inside the main road.

We visited Ernakulum for an Industrial visit for Biotechnology Engineering Students (11th and 12th of November 2022). We were a total of 46 members. Reached hotel at 3.00 AM... Yes, 3.00 am. Had a bus arranged for our two-day tour through the hotel. The bus was ready at the railway station by 2.30 am. Within 15 minutes the check-in process was completed. Friendly staff. The rooms were neat, clean, and spacious. The booking came with a complimentary buffet breakfast. Had a good choice of food items. It was good quality food. Surely will recommend it to anyone without a second thought.
